Hi there, Sir! Well I scrolled down and it seems like you wrote like, 4 blogs since I last visited LOL.

Anyway, I know this song too! An influx of love songs just came into my mind, especially the duets. There's Always, How Do You Keep The Music Playing, Reunited, and many more! The golden oldies live up to their name!

P.S., I left a comment on the Lincoln Blog if you missed it!

Much Love,

You're such a romantic,John...I wish more men were like you.

Regarding the video...great song but watching the guy walking along the steel girder just creeped me out and I had to shut it off...I'm deathly afraid of heights! Maybe that's why God made me so short.

Hi Mary Ellen, I agree about the video LOL, it's the song I like. I'm afraid of heights too! I don't even like to sit up high at stadiums! I'm short too, only 5' 7 1/2! --Hey check out my pet pics on the right, I think you'd like my dog...half Husky & half Malamute. Her fur is extra thick and fluffy right now! And she goes just about everywhere with us.

Hey Half Crazy, I bet you'd be good at karaoke! I've been thinking about more love songs and wow so many are from the late 70's & early 80's! Of course I didnt' miss your comment on my Lincoln post--thank you! I wish more people left comments!

I added you to my blogroll too, since sadly one of my favorite bloggers has stopped blogging. It's like the death of one, and the birth of another all in a matter of days. Sometimes life is just like that too. I've seen that so many times.

Only the peeps who read comments get this tidbit of info...I think I lost my virginity during that Foreigner song!

Hey John- After reading this post I was so inspired, I started looking through YouTubes to find a few songs and decided to write a post of my own on Valentine's Day...albeit,not your average Valentine's Day post, but you know me...

Stop over and see what you think. I figure I've got to the end of this week and through the weekend to keep my creative juices flowing. ;-)

Oh...and I LOVE LOVE LOVE your dog! I miss having my huskies around, and I can relate to all that fur. I actually used to brush my dog out and save the fur for my friend who spun it for yarn and made me a scarf out of it. I still treasure that scarf now that my Huskies are gone. You should think about doing that, there are quite a few people who spin dog hair, believe it or not!

Are we talking about height here? In that case, I'm 17 and I'm only 4'11. Yeah I know, like "OMG you're a Hobbit." LOL. It's cool though!

Yeah, I'm kinda cool with karaoke lol! I'm not good, just okay? LOL. My favorite on the karaoke would be Don't Wanna Miss A Thing by Aerosmith. It's a timeless song! No problem about my Lincoln comment, just returning favors and it's interesting stuff anyway! What I love about blogs is that I learn from different sorts of people with the things they write! I'm just always hungry for information, as long as it's not Math LOL.

Thanks for adding me, I'll add you too as I enjoy your blogs and no, I'm not doing this just because you added me in your blog roll lol!

Much Love,

Half Crazy- My daughter is barely 5 feet tall. I think she's more like 4'11 but she says no. I feel for her, though, because it's hard to buy clothes...especially jeans that aren't two inches to long. I'm 5'2 which may not seem short, but compared to almost everyone I know or hang out with...I'm a midget.

But for what it's worth....guys love short girls. I guess they would rather look down on a girl than have to look up to one. Heh. That's my feminazi side talking.

;-)

@Mary Ellen - That sucks about jeans. Funny how I don't really encounter that problem. Well I don't buy jeans like twice a week anyway lol! At least you're 5'2. In my country, most people are short. Not exactly short but not very tall too. Well, whatever LOL.

You're right. And we would rather look up to a guy. It would be kind of weird to look down on them. We're on the same boat! :)
