Spring Photo Walk, part 2


The photo above is a closeup of some branches of a Dwarf Flowering Crab Apple tree in the back yard. That speck of green behind it to the left is a large cedar tree.

This photo shown above is a close up of branches of a Dwarf Flowering Plum tree. This tree is in the front yard with some White Pine trees, a large Juniper tree, two apple trees and a cherry tree.

The photo above is a close up of some lavender Lilacs. This is a shrub and won't get very tall. The flowers are gorgeous and very fragrant right now. It was so windy, I had to hold the branch still with one hand as I took the photo.
This photo above is a close up of some white Lilacs. This is a very old shrub-like tree with a large angled trunk that looks like petrified wood. The blooms are sparse. Both of the Lilacs are next to the Forsythia, which was shown in a previous post. Click any of these photos for a detailed look.
